When do I receive my pattern(s)?
After the order is completed you can immediately download your pattern(s).

Where can I find my ordered patterns?
When you order a pattern you can download it right away. You’ll also receive an email with the download links. Access the my account section to download the files on a later moment. The downloads will never expire.

My download link doesn’t work, what now?
The link in the email expires once I’ve made a revision to a file. You can download the pattern in the my account section.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Paypal, creditcard, Ideal, bank transfer, bitcoin and many more.

Are your patterns suitable for beginners?
To follow my individual patterns you need to know the basic crochet stitches. To learn the different stitches you can use my tutorial for beginners. In my books and special patterns for beginners the stitches are explained as well.

Am I allowed to sell the finished toys that I made with your patterns?
Yes, you can sell the finished toys. Only exception are the licensed characters, like Pokémon, as these characters belong to Nintendo.
